Solid skincare, helpful staff
I got the Daily Moisturiser and a Cleansing Cream. I wasn't sure which moisturizer to get so I chatted with their customer service online. They were really helpful, asked about my skin type, and recommended this one. The products feel nice, not too heavy. Delivery was standard, got it in about 4 days. Happy with my purchase overall.
Decent products, slow refund process
I bought the Exfoliating Mask and it was okay, but a bit too strong for my sensitive skin. I decided to return it and the return process itself was clear enough. However, the refund took longer than I expected, almost two weeks after they confirmed receipt of the product back. The Vitamin C Serum I kept though, that one is pretty good and makes my skin feel brighter. I appreciate that their products are clearly listed with ingredients. Just wish the refund was quicker.
